StreamTech Pro provides a searchable directory connecting customers seeking smart TV setup assistance with independent third-party technical support professionals. StreamTech Pro is not an employer, contractor, or agency for any listed professional. All arrangements, fees, and services negotiated between clients and technicians are strictly between those respective parties.

2. Professional Representation & Trademark Rules

Listed support professionals agree that they:

• Shall accurately represent their credentials, certifications, and experience;
• Shall NOT claim, imply, or suggest that they are official customer support agents, authorized representatives, or employees of Roku, Amazon, Apple, Google, Samsung, LG, Vizio, Netflix, or any other trademark owner;
• Shall NOT charge users for free activation links or official registration codes that are provided without charge by device manufacturers;
• Shall NOT use official third-party corporate logos or deceptive branding on their profile headers or images.

3. Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

StreamTech Pro reserves the right to suspend or remove any profile, without notice, if we discover fraudulent claims, impersonation of corporate technical support, consumer complaints, or violation of these terms.

4. Disclaimers of Warranty

The platform and directory are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. StreamTech Pro makes no representations or warranties regarding the results, pricing, quality, or legality of services rendered by independent contractors listed on this site.

5. Governing Law & Inquiries
